The cuisine of the Three Benches offers a wide range of seasonal dishes, from the generous Tuscan territory so rich in natural and typical products of the highest quality.However, the undisputed king of our gastronomy is the truffle, a delicacy, typical of some regions of Italy. From the ancient age, truffles was a culinary rarity for demanding palates.At the Osteria delle Tre Panche the truffle is ever present in our kitchen. The quality of the black and white '"oro del bosco" alternate according to season accompanying dishes of the menu dedicated giving them a unique flavor. In our kitchen the truffle is used simply to season pasta and risotto, or to accompany a dish of beef. Its aroma and taste are not always acceptable to all, but they are certainly unique and can satisfy the most demanding and sensitive to good food, or require a different cuisine.
